Our Rock Lab

Become a Member, Take an Introduction Course for Safety with Dewey ($50 3 sessions + Make Your Own Cabochon), then Get Access to use our Rock Lab and Tools ($5 daily fee - 2 hours) located at the Stouder Center, 1100 Wayne St, Troy, OH 45373.

Rock Cutting and Polishing Lessons: If you are a member and you would like to learn how to cut and polish gemstones, contact Dewey Buck to see when he plans on teaching the next set of lessons. Materials will be furnished and you will be using the lapidary lab equipment. The fee to start is $50 for three sessions and once you learn then you can use the rock cutting lab when it will be open for a $5 daily (2 hours) fee.
